Upon registering for your online personal tr-ining package, we will have an in depth Skype session. From there I will determine what your goals, training age and current gym experience are. This will allow me to create the perfect program and dietary guidelines for you no matter your age, experience or situation.
A meal guide with a specified nutritional plan for you! I will help you learn how to meal prep which truly is a key aspect of the success you will achieve during your 30 Day Transformation! I will tell you when itʼs time to make any adjustments to your food, so no more guess work or wondering what to eat once you leave the gym or while planning your day! I cater to meat lovers, vegans, vegetarians, and pescatarians.
A workout regimen including Plyometrics, Cardio, and Strength Training. We determine what you need based on your personal fitness capabilities. As you improve and change we will provide you with our suggested additions to keep your program challenging and interesting all while your body continues to transform!
Your own account dashboard to sign in and check in to be evaluated. You will also be able to upload pictures to document your progress!
PERSONAL APP ACCOUNT
You will have your own personal account with the mobile APP so everything you log is private e.g. progress photos etc….
MOTIVATION & SUPPORT
You will receive full support from me where I will be able to answer any questions you have throughout the challenge.
